A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Bonny, Scotland and first came to Australia when I was 15 years of age on a football tour. I loved the country so much, I decided once I’d finished school that I would spend my gap year in Brisbane. Fast forward 20 years, I’m happily married and a father to three beautiful children and call Brisbane home.
What do I do at Maxum Foods: I’m a Sales Manager at Maxum and joined the team in July 2015. I partner with food manufacturers to help source and secure their dairy ingredient needs best suited for their applications. This includes domestic and international product. What I’ve learned over the years is no two customers are the same and everyone has a unique requirement where we can assist.
Why Maxum Foods: I love working at Maxum due to the fast-paced nature of the dairy industry and every day presents a challenge which allows me to learn. Maxum is fun, exciting, and inspiring where everyone adopts the culture to make it great!
A fun fact about me: At 16 years old I performed in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo playing the bag pipes.
