Brisbane-based dairy supplier Maxum Foods has bought its first permanent office in Milton, Queensland.
The four-level property is the new headquarters for about 30 staff across Maxum’s sales, quality assurance, finance, customer service and marketing divisions.
The company is a supplier of quality dairy ingredients such as milk powders, cheese and butter to the food, health and animal nutrition industries in Australia and New Zealand.
Maxum Foods director David Russell said the new office purchase put the company in a prime position for its future expansion plans.
“We are really proud of the business we have built over the past 18 years,” Mr Russell said.
“Our focus is to continue to grow our dairy ingredient business across Australia and New Zealand delivering quality products to customers. As we grow, we have the opportunity to expand in this new space.
“Purchasing our new office is very much an investment in our business and our people.”
He said a primary focus area would be the growing food service business and the infant animal nutrition offering, under the MaxCare banner.
“There’s new product development underway and we’re excited to expand the MaxCare range in the near future,” Mr Russell said.
