Raised in the ‘sunny Southeast’ of Ireland in a town called Wexford, I have recently relocated to Australia. I graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelors of Commerce, where I got the opportunity to spend one semester studying in the University of New South Wales, Sydney. I then fell in love with Australia (in particular the climate!) and knew that I wanted to come back for a longer period of time.
I grew up on a rural farm and love the outdoors. I started working in the dairy industry as soon I graduated from university, in Ireland’s largest dairy processor. I enjoy working in the dairy industry because of the fast-pace, global influence and of course, the great people that you meet.
I have grown up and love playing hurling, gaelic football and soccer. Hurling is the national sport of Ireland and is known as the fastest game on grass. I also enjoy running, hiking and any other competitive sports! I thoroughly enjoy working in Maxum because of the terrific culture that is promoted throughout the company. Diversity is celebrated and respect is constant.
