A little bit about me: I was born and raised in Melbourne. I completed my Certificate IV in Business Administration at VIC University in 1992. Before Maxum I was with Viterra Packaging and Processing. They are one of the largest buyers and exporters of Australian grains and pulses.
What do I do at Maxum Foods: I joined the Maxum Team in July 2020 in the Animal Nutrition division and look after the purchasing of raw materials, packaging and consumables for our Laverton facility. I also manage inbound logistics, track pallet movements and receive inventory into our warehouse. I also take care of any admin for the site including reconciling supplier invoices, processing weekly timesheet and staff leave requests.
Why Maxum Foods: I really appreciate Maxum’s culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone is. I absolutely love the team I work with at Laverton and the respect that we all have for one another, and because of this I feel a sense of purpose and belonging.
A fun fact about me: Outside of work I love spending time with family and friends and walking my dog Oscar. I also like to participate in charity events such as ‘The Run for Kids’ and the ‘Ride for Wishes’ which are a great ways to keep fit and raise money for extremely worthy causes.
