A little bit about me: I am originally French and moved to Australia 10 years ago. I am now proudly an Australian citizen. I see myself as a proactive, engaging, and pragmatic quality, health & safety professional with broad experience gained throughout the last 10 years in high-risk environments in food manufacturing and logistics.
What do I do at Maxum Foods: I joined Maxum Foods in April 2022 and my role focuses on setting and delivering quality and OHSE strategies and influencing key stakeholders across the business. I ensure that continuous improvement, legal requirements, and compliance processes are sustained in the business.
Why Maxum Foods: I find it rewarding to work in a business that is constantly growing and developing. Maxum Foods gave me the chance to lead numerous projects. The culture at Maxum Foods is quite unique as people are happy to provide help and support to each other.
A fun fact about me: My life has given me the opportunity to embrace change. In fact, I have lived in 4 countries, visited over 30 countries and changed locations over 40 times.
