I am qualified Food Technologist and after completing my degree spent 3 years in product development before moving ingredients sales. I have worked in various areas of the food industry including various trading business selling flavours, colours, food acids, stabilisers, emulsifiers, cocoa products, fruit/vegetable purees, nuts and seeds. I am new to the dairy industry and am enjoying the challenge. I enjoy finding solutions for my customers and building mutually successful business relationships.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and running kids around to sports games.
